Children learn to love Jesus through our ministry here at First Baptist Church. Take a look below at all the exciting activities we have to teach your young ones about the Love of Christ!
Sunday mornings begin with Sunday School! Children over 3 have classes to learn Bible lessons and participate in many exciting and fulfilling activities.
Following Sunday School, Children’s Church is available during the Sunday morning worship time for all kids from 4-7 years of age.
On Wednesday evenings children can join in with JAM – Jesus and Me! Children age 6-12 meet for worship, prayer, Bible study and games.
For infants and toddlers, we have a newly upgraded nursery and separate toddler room. Our dedicated church members attend to their needs as moms and dads can worship in the sanctuary.
Of course, Vacation Bible School and Kids Camp are a big part of our summer plans. We take seriously our responsibility to “raise our children in the fear and admonition of the Lord” and attempt to design our ministries in a way that will accomplish that goal.
